2019 Track-A-Thon

Plans for the third annual Track-A-Thon are in full swing! Here are a few dates to keep in mind:

Logo Contest - logos are due by Wednesday, April 10th.  The logos will be displayed in the lobby and voting will take place during the week of April 15th.

T-Shirt Order Forms will be sent home next week and are due back no later than Thursday, April 18th.

Fundraising Information will be sent home at the beginning of May.

Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available.  We rely on the generosity of local businesses to help support this event.  If you know of a business that may be interested in being a Track-A-Thon sponsor, please share with them the attached sponsorship letter/form.  All sponsors receive recognition on the shirts and event signage, on the QR website, and in the church bulletin.
