Junior High

Junior High prepares students for their academic future. 

Curriculum includes religion, reading, English, math, science, social studies, music, art, physical education, Spanish,  and computer technology.   

  • QR students exceed Archdiocese averages for all subjects as measured by the Terra Nova exam and significantly outperformed the national average on the ACT Explore exam
  • Annual science fair
  • Student Council 
  • Unique learning experiences through grants (e.g., aquaculture for brown trout)
  • Chromebook pilot program that integrates technology into a variety of subjects and classroom activities to enhance the students’ learning experiences
  • Students participate in extracurricular activities including dances, field trips, and retreats
  • Closed circuit television studio gives students the opportunity to create and produce weekly broadcasts
