Admission Requirements
Queen of the Rosary School is operated under the auspices of the Catholic Bishop of Chicago, a Corporation Sole, in the Archdiocese of Chicago and admits students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at Queen of the Rosary School. The school does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color or national and ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, admission policies, loan programs, athletic or other school administered programs.

- Children of families currently enrolled provided the Family files its registration papers by the deadline
- Children of currently registered parishioners of Queen of the Rosary Parish
- New students
Age Requirements
The school complies with Illinois State Law for admission into preschool, kindergarten, and first grade.
Registration Requirements
New Students (Pre-School, Kindergarten)
- Official copy of birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Registration fee
Transfer students
- Official copy of birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Registration fee
- Record of compliance with local and State of Illinois health requirements
- Written notification from the previously attended school
- Interview with the Principal
Registration may be taken conditionally in the event that there are outstanding financial obligations to another school or there is a question of a student being in some type of special education program, which Queen of the Rosary School is not equipped to provide. This also applies to students with serious discipline problems.
