Track-A-Thon 2024

As we look forward to Spring, we begin to anticipate the final months of another school year and all of the exciting events this time of year holds. One of those events is Queen of the Rosary School's annual Track-A-Thon. The Track-A-Thon has become a favorite year-end tradition within our school community, and is the third and final major fundraiser of the year. The committee has started the planning process, and, before we head into break, would like to share some information/dates with you:

Logo Contest- We are once again calling on our students to help create the logo for this year's shirt. Logo submissions are due by Friday, April 5th. Please see attached flyer for additional information.

Shirt Order Forms - each student will receive a Track-A-Thon t-shirt. The form to select a size will be e-mailed the week of April 1st, and will be due by Wednesday, April 10th. In addition, parents may purchase shirts for $10. A separate form will be provided for parent orders.

Volunteers (day of Track-A-Thon) - a sign-up to help out on the day of the Track-A-Thon will be sent out the week of April 8th.

Fundraising - pledge collection will begin the week of April 29th; more details will be provided at that time.

Corporate/Family Sponsors - we invite you to consider supporting Track-A-Thon with a corporate or family sponsorship. Please see attached forms for more information.

Finally, starting next year, a new committee will be needed to take over the planning of this event. If you are interested in helping to run the event in the future, we invite you to join us this year as we plan this special day for our student body.
