Ready to roar with the Cougars? We’ll walk you through every step of the admission process—from submitting forms to understanding tuition assistance options. For now, we can send you an application to complete the application and return it to our Queen of the Rosary School office at 690 W. Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 in person or by mail.
